Just an idea but maybe we should just spy potential targets in the Iron Islands for a day or 2 and then start attacking (Steal/Harass) in force. Find an alliance with a similar member count and a high level camp, declare war or whatever, and everyone that wants to can attack in massive waves until they give up or we steal everything. If they give up we need terms that must be met such as bribes or barters, otherwise we keep attacking.

Honestly if we want to win a reward we need to focus on just one of them to even stand a chance at getting it. We have a great core of players but I really don't think we have the numbers to contend if we are going for just one reward let alone two or three. If we actually try to get Iron bank or Reaver with our current member count all we will end up doing is wasting resources and possibly making a long term enemy. I know it was my Idea but the more I look at the last phase leader board and rewards list the more I realize it's not a strategically sound plan no matter how much fun we have doing it. Count me in if you guys still want to go for it though I just felt like I needed to point that out...
With that being said I have changed my mind yet again and I think we should just go for the Gold Trade reward, build whatever camps we need to defend ourselves in the Westerlands, and RP with the Sisters of the Black dread.

Just wanted to say I am down for whatever plan we go with. We could having the one Barter camp and no other camps for the duration and just barter the whole time since we have so many reincarnating.

I would like a harass and a steal camp setup in the iron islands then keep them at lvl 1 for at least 2 or 3 weeks to get the most silver possible from attacks. I would also like the ability for us to attack anyone in the iron islands that is not an Ally. I know this sounds risky with me being a warmonger and all but I think we can force whoever we attack into being allies and paying tribute with aid, bribes, and barters. I may be over confident so we have to consider the worst case scenario as well which would be the destruction of my ego and 100% damage to camps outside of the iron islands.
At the same time setup a Barter camp in Westerlands and an Aid camp in The Reach then wait a few days to decide which camp gives the best chance for a reward and focus everything on that minus any thieves and skirmishers us warmongers are using in the iron islands. My idea with the 4 camps was based on the fact that some of us like attacking as opposed to aiding others. The Iron Island camps would basically be for us warmongers to wage war against others and force them to aid/bribe/barter us once they give up. For example Jon C. and I could probably take on 70% of the Iron islands on our own since most alliances seem to be to large and/or unorganized to do anything. The rest of the alliance can focus on whichever camp we are trying to actually upgrade (or win reward) with no worries about us idiots starting wars elsewhere and I would still be able to send at least 15 SS's to aid/barter where ever.

and as far as I am concerned any lack of information falls on the individual since the alliance provides us with the tools (MB) to be informed. I think we should have an officer category on the MB and if you can make it where only the leaders/officers can see it. This is where you guys take our ideas and form an actual game plan with it away from the general populace just in case someone is being sneaky (What?! me paranoid?). I am not sure how the alliance ranks are setup but if an officer can start the AC's then someone else should have the responsibility of organizing challenges. Maybe have another dealing with the MotD and the rest handling diplomacy or whatever else goes on behind the scenes that I am not aware of. Anyway just some more ideas, I know I would go crazy trying to deal with all that on my own.

First off I need to reincarnate 3 more times and plan to do it next phase so I will not be much help with whatever plans we have for then. I think as an alliance we did great this phase as for myself I relished in the fact I shed our enemies woman and slept with their blood…uh er you know what I mean, anyway I am getting off course. I think there was a little confusion with what to upgrade and our overall goal well at least on my part. I wanted to start a thread for ideas/plans for the next phase because I have some ideas that may or may not be good.
I feel that we should have certain people set up to Garrison our main camps and have a concrete plan that we follow without fail. Such as….
The Reach: 1 camp setup for Aid (Helping Hands)
Westerlands: 1 camp setup for Barter (Gold Trade)
Iron Islands: 2 camps setup for Harass and Steal (Reaver)
No other camps. If the camp level effects the amount of VP earned then this will need to be discussed more, decide which to level and which not to, and stick with it no exception.
Now we would need certain alliance members to specialize their skills so to speak and set up for specific attacks/defenses. What I mean by this is have your Avatar using a weapon, armor, and companion that give a bonus to a certain trait such as harass. These would need to be active members who could keep an eye on their SS and heal or replace. This will probably be costly no matter what but if we have the damaging attacks defended by SS’s specifically setup for that defense we will win more than we lose. Which in turn will deny our enemies with VP and give us a little VP which would add up in the long run.
Vanguard: 1 alliance member setup for fight who will Aid in the reach unless we are engaged in an actual war. He/She will also setup 4 sworn swords with the highest possible defense for garrison duty in each camp.
Skirmisher: 1 alliance member setup for harass who will attack alliances at will (No Friendlies) in the Iron Islands alongside the thief reducing as much silver as possible. He/She will also setup 4 sworn swords with the highest possible defense for garrison duty in each camp.
Thief: 1 alliance member setup for steal who will attack alliances at will (No Friendlies) in the Iron Islands alongside the skirmisher reducing as much silver as possible. He/She will also setup 4 sworn swords with the highest possible defense for garrison duty in each camp.
Saboteur: 1 alliance member setup for sabotage who will Aid or Barter in the appropriate camp unless we are engaged in an actual war. He/She will also setup 4 sworn swords with the highest possible defense for garrison duty in each camp.
Also if we are trying to win a specific reward we should defend that attack (Garrison) to deny others in the same lands from getting whatever is needed friendly or not. For example put a SS with high aid defense in the reach camp to stop the competition from getting as much back when they aid us.
Anyway just some ideas I wanted to throw out there.

I am all for spreading some Christmas cheer around but some kids (cough PoW cough cough) deserve a lump of coal or at least some lumps. However If I can attack random alliances then a Christmas truce with PoW doesn't annoy me too much, bah humbug. I would prefer the ability to harass, fight, sabotage, steal, swindle, bribe, pillage, loot, and desecrate as opposed to aiding/trading alliances so if the attacking random alliances thing is ok let me know....please. lol
Honestly I don't mind either way so whatever you guys decide is fine with me but as far as voting goes always count me in for war.
I will continue to Aid and Barter until I figure out what I can get away with
